The commonly held proposition by many organisations is that corporate finance is solely the area of larger firms, who have a self-professed degree of expertise in this area.  However there is a clear market for a cost effective solution to transactions, such as MBOs and acquisitions, in which such skills are largely unneeded and indeed, costly, in proportion to the scale of transactions.  Our areas of expertise include:
