Our Business Services team, is headed up by Tom McDonald, who was the General Manager of a commercial organisation, based in the area, employing 60 staff, prior to joining the firm.
The departments staff assist with the preparation of regular management accounts, the monitoring of cashflow, the identification of areas of business concern and financial staff recruitment.
The department also provides as full outsourcing function for the financial function of a number of companies and in several instances, our staff provide the entire financial support function, being regularly based at our client’s offices.
