Over the last number of years, we found that many of our clients were suffering from a poor quality of service from IT suppliers, who purported to have expertise in the Financial and Accounting areas.
The main complaint seemed to be that software suppliers did not talk to hardware suppliers and each blamed the other for the non-functionality of their products.
Accordingly, we established a joint venture with a local company, which now provides a combined hardware and software service to many of our customers, as well as non customers.
Keens Shay Keens (IT Services) Limited was thus established and targets the smaller business whose basic platform is centred around a Microsoft NT platform and Microsoft products.
